Ms. Yoon joined Deslauriers & Co, attorneys s.a. in April 2016. 

From May 1990 up to December 2001, Ms. Yoon has been practicing Labour and Employment law at two major national firms providing services to public and private sector employers. 
 
From March 2004 to March 2016, she served as assessor and member of the Human Rights Tribunal. In this capacity, she has heard several important cases and participated in the drafting of the Tribunal’s decisions thereto; among others, the landmark decision on systemic discrimination and the first rulings on racial profiling. She contributed in developing and implementing the guidelines of the Human Rights Tribunal and trained new assessors.  
 
Ms. Yoon has been invited to deliver several lectures at law faculties and the École de formation professionnelle of the Quebec Bar, as well as to business leaders. She currently deals with cases of psychological harassment, accommodation, termination management, privacy and changes in employment and labour law issues. 
 
Ms. Yoon is actively involved in ethnocultural organizations and activities. She is a member of the Korean Women International Network (“KOWIN”) where she mentors Korean professional women and gives regular lectures.  

At Deslauriers & Co., Ms. Yoon brings her experience and knowledge in Employment, Labor and Administrative law, as well as a specialized expertise for work organization, strategic operations and risks management to advise and represent clients on all matters relating to these specific areas.

Ms. Yoon also intervenes as an independent corporate investigator concerning complex harassment and discrimination complaints that require insight and diplomacy.
