Me Frédérique Boulanger joined Deslauriers and Co. in 2020 after completing professional training at the Bar and holding a summer student position for three years.

Me Boulanger’s practice covers among others civil and commercial litigation, including banking law, real estate law, commercial leasing, labor law and shareholders litigation. She also counsels in corporate law, whether for the incorporation or restructuring of companies.

Me Boulanger is skillful in managing a variety of cases, whether by pleading before the court for clients or negotiating for an out-of-court amicable settlement. She regularly assists senior lawyers in complex cases.
